The deli is a family owned business run by Albert, Ghada, and David Ina. Albert came to this country from Lebanon in the mid-70s. Through hard work and dedication, he moved his way up in the restaurant business, became a general manager in the Big Boys franchise, and has since opened his own restaurants. Ghada came to this country from Lebanon in the early 80s. In time, she earned herself a degree in business management and enjoys the challenge of making a small business succeed. Together at Al’s Deli, they’re dedicated to quality food and excellence in customer service.
David loves food. More importantly, he loves to share it with others. Since he was 11 years old, David has been cooking in his father’s restaurants developing his skills at an early age. He received his Culinary Arts degree from Sullivan University in Louisville, Kentucky where he trained under some of the nation’s most prestigious chefs. Soon after that, he received a BA in Hospitality management from The Ohio State University. He spent the last few years as Sous Chef at Crop Bistro and Bar. Al's Deli is just one of many ways he intends to share his creativity and passion with the people around him.
